Combi boiler conversion in Hedge End

The job

A homeowner in Hedge End was regularly running out of hot water. Their existing hot water cylinder simply was not meeting their needs, and they wanted a system that could keep up with the household.

What we did

We recommended converting the system to a combi boiler. A combi provides hot water on demand, so there is no waiting for a cylinder to reheat, and taking the cylinder out frees up cupboard space as well. We removed the existing boiler, the hot water cylinder and all of the tanks in the loft, then supplied and fitted a new Worcester Bosch 4000 30kW combi boiler.

The result

The customer now has constant hot water on demand, without the old cylinder running out, and has the cupboard space back that the cylinder used to take up.
