Finance on Boilers and Air Conditioning

A new boiler or air conditioning system is a worthwhile investment, but paying for it all in one go is not always convenient. To make things easier, we offer finance so you can spread the cost over manageable monthly payments rather than covering the full amount upfront. Finance is available on new installations across Southampton and the wider Hampshire area.

We keep it straightforward. When you request your quote, just let us know you are interested in finance and we will talk you through the options available for your job, including how much you can borrow, the deposit required, and what the monthly payments would look like.

How the Finance Works

Finance is provided by Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, a well established lender. Once you have accepted your quote, you complete a short application. Subject to approval, the finance covers the cost of your installation and you pay it back in fixed monthly instalments over an agreed term.

We offer a 0% interest free credit option over a shorter term, and a longer term interest bearing option where you can spread the cost over up to 10 years. A minimum deposit applies, and the finance agreement is arranged directly between you and the lender.

What You Can Finance

• New boiler installations: spread the cost of a new Worcester Bosch or other major make boiler, supplied and fitted by our Gas Safe registered engineers.
• Air conditioning installations: finance a single room or multi room air conditioning system, installed by our Refcom F-Gas registered engineers.

Representative Example

The following representative example is based on a cash price of £2,500 with a 25% deposit. Your own figures will depend on the cost of your installation and the term you choose. We will give you a clear, personalised illustration before you commit.

Who We Can Offer Finance To

All finance is offered subject to status, affordability, and a credit check, which must be completed before the start of any work. A minimum deposit of 25% applies to the examples shown above, and a 14 day cooling off period applies to all finance applications.

Because finance is arranged through TradeHelp Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, any complaint relating to a credit agreement can also be referred to them. If a finance-related complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
